Parse comma-separated records, quoted fields and escaped quotes into JSON rows so separators inside text are preserved.
How to use it
- Select one source file (.srt,.vtt,.csv,text/plain,text/csv).

Common questions
How are commas inside quoted fields handled?
A comma inside double quotes stays in the field. Two consecutive quotes inside a quoted field become one quote in the JSON value. Unterminated quotes and characters after a closing quote are rejected.
Where can I read the data-handling details for CSV Reader?
